Founded by a B.Tech Civil Engineer with over two decades of field expertise, 99inch.in was created with a vision to transform the residential and commercial construction space in Telangana. We noticed a gap in the market for a reliable, transparent, and quality-driven construction partner—and we stepped in to fill that void.

Since our inception, we have completed numerous residential homes, duplex villas, and customized constructions, adhering to the best practices in civil engineering and project management.
